The village of Mustafapasa, in an unspoilt green backwater of Cappadocia, is surrounded by apricot orchards and cave dwellings.
On its main street, the Ukabeyn Lodge has been created from a restored cave house. There are for arched bedrroms and two larger cave rooms. Each have on-suite facilities. Ukabeyn also has a self-catering apartment which can sleep a family of four. What makes it really special is the hospitality extended by Murat - your host.
The breakfast is home made and served on a the pretty walled terrace in the summer months
and in a naturally furnished cave room in the cooler months.
