Our hotels in Cappadocia, have been selected not just for their special Cappadocian hospitality but to allow guests to experience the atmosphere of buildings cleverly converted from some of the cave houses dating back to Roman times.

The village of Mustafapasa, in an unspoilt green backwater of Cappadocia, is surrounded by apricot orchards and cave dwellings.

On its main street, the Ukabeyn Lodge has been created from a restored cave house. There are for arched bedrroms and two larger cave rooms. Each have on-suite facilities. Ukabeyn also has a self-catering apartment which can sleep a family of four. What makes it really special is the hospitality extended by Murat - your host.

The breakfast is home made and served on a the pretty walled terrace in the summer months and in a naturally furnished cave room in the cooler months.
