Cottage is situated off the main Ovacik road with views over the hills towards Kaya
village.
Ideal
for those who wish for a really private holiday, Juniper Cottage is equidistant
from Fethiye town and Oludeniz beach ( 4 km). Though car hire is not an essential
as good 'dolmus' transport is available in each direction, hiring one for
at least part of your holiday, will allow you to visit some of the local sites
of archaeological interest and natural beauty.
The two-storey cottage takes its name from the timber with which it was constructed. From the vine-shaded patio you enter through a small hall to an open-plan living room with hearth and large dining table. The adjoining kitchen section has good working space with a micro-wave, full hob, refrigerator, toaster and electric kettle. On the other side of the hall there is a comfortable twin bedroom with fine beamed ceiling and fireplace, and a bathroom with a proper bath and washing machine.
An old staircase leads up to a penthouse-type rustic living area with sofa and comfortable seating, scattered rugs and the modern additions of telephone, television and ceiling fan. French windows open onto a wooden balcony. Also on this floor is a curtained-off bedroom area with large double bed beside which is an en-suite bathroom with shower.
The
cottage stands in a quarter of an acre with a mosaic swimming pool beside
which you can relax on a shaded Turkish style wooden verandah.
