Due to popularity and demand for villas with their own swimming pool, we as Tw Travel have decided to expand our villa portfolio and are delighted to offer you this brand new development - which comprimise Villa Deniz, Villa Derin & Villa Cemre.
The three villas are detached and each stands in its own gardens. They are
just a five-minute walk from the Fethiye-to-Olu Deniz road, which runs through
the village of Ovacik. The shops and restaurants of this growing village are
therefore within easy walking distance, whilst visits to the bustling market
and harbour town of Fethiye, and to the stunning lagoon beach of Olu Deniz
are easily accomplished using the frequent Dolmus services passing through.
On the other hand, the villas are far enough from the road not to be affected
by any noise, so that their location is as restful as it is convenient.
Villa Deniz & Villa Derin are twin villas with their own swimming pools.
Villa Deniz is set on two floors. The ground floor consists of a well-appointed
living room with an open plan kitchen, a cosy sitting area with an open fire
place - equipped with satellite tv and a cd player. The living room opens
out to a big terrace area furnished for al fresco dining and to the gardens
and the swimming pool.
The upper floor has two bedrooms (one double & one twin) - both air-conditioned.
The bedrooms has their own balconies looking out to the olive tree garden
& swimming pool.
